1. A vacuum pump

2. A filling nozzle


This is used to dispense the product into the container.


3. A sealing mechanism


This seals the container after the product has been added.

The product to be filled is placed in a hopper or tank on the machine. And the container to be filled is placed under the filling nozzle of the machine. The machine begins to fill the container with the product, using a piston or other mechanical means to push the product out of the hopper and into the container. As the product is being filled, a vacuum pump or other vacuum-creating device is activated. This removes air from the container and creates a vacuum inside it. Once the desired amount of product has been filled, the filling process is stopped and the container is sealed. The filled and sealed containers can then be removed from the machine and packaged for distribution.
